Impact has become increasingly important within academia, particularly with the next Research Excellent Framework approaching.  Key focus is on how researchers are able to relate their work to a wide range of stakeholders, including industry, decision makers, the media and the public.

University of Cambridge Conservation Research Institute (UCCRI) Cambridge Infectious Diseases IRC, Cambridge Immunology SRN and the Bioscience Impact Team are delighted to announce that they have funding for Fast Track Impact, an international training company working in the Higher Education and research and innovation sectors to provide a bespoke training session for researchers within our networks.

  • Full-day training on Wednesday 14th March
  • 275-page handbook for each participant
  • 100-page magazine and handouts
  • A five-step online follow-up course including written feedback and two one-to-one sessions per participant with a trainer over two months after the workshop.

For further information about Fast Track Impact please see their website

Due to the funding available, the workshop is limited to 30 places; participants will be selected via an internal call, with a deadline of Friday 23 February 2018.
