About
My research interests focus on microbial evolution in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), particularly how genetic and environmental factors drive the emergence and spread of resistance. I am also interested in host–microbe interactions, especially within the gut, and how these interactions influence susceptibility to infection. Using animal models, I aim to better understand these dynamics and develop strategies to prevent or mitigate infectious diseases.
