I use mathematical models combined with experimental and field-based studies to investigate the dynamics of infectious diseases at all scales, from cells to ecosystems. My research falls into three main areas: 1. Within-host dynamics of bacterial infections.2. Quantitative methods for multi-drug resistance.3. One Health approach to emerging zoonotic diseases.
