What I do:
My primary research focus is on arboviruses (viruses spread by mosquitoes), including dengue, chikungunya and Zika viruses. I am using antibody titer data (where there is no knowledge of prior infection) to develop mathematical and machine learning models, hoping to understand underlying patterns in the data and cluster samples according to the pathogen of infection.
Research Interests:- Machine learning and mathematical modelling for virus emergence and spread

- Understanding infection risk using serology data
