What I do:

I am a postdoctoral researcher and biostatistician who works on applied statistics in the field of infectious disease epidemiology. My research involves estimation of the risk of COVID-19 severity outcomes such as hospitalisation and death, using Bayesian evidence synthesis and related methods.

Key Projects:

  • SARS-CoV-2 variant severity in collaboration with UKHSA, England - several collaborative projects related to severity and surveillance.
  • SARS-CoV-2 variant severity in collaboration with the Joint WHO Europe/ECDC Infection Severity Working Group - joint working group of European researchers and public health agencies to enable international collaboration on infection severity estimation.
