What I do:
I am a PhD student in Zamin Iqbal's group at the EMBL-EBI working on applying genome graphs to improve the accuracy of antimicrobial resistance prediction in bacteria.
Research Interests:I am interested in developing and applying genome graph and pan-genome methods to bacterial populations, software engineering and microbiology.
Key projects:- PopPUNK-web: A web application for the genomic epidemiology of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
- BacQuerya: A search engine for bacterial genomic metadata.
