What I do:

I am a PhD student in Zamin Iqbal's group at the EMBL-EBI working on applying genome graphs to improve the accuracy of antimicrobial resistance prediction in bacteria.

Research Interests:

I am interested in developing and applying genome graph and pan-genome methods to bacterial populations, software engineering and microbiology.

  • PopPUNK-web: A web application for the genomic epidemiology of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
  • BacQuerya: A search engine for bacterial genomic metadata.
